my artistic contribution to the IceMusicFestival Norway 2020 at Finse. I was grateful to Terje Isungset for inviting me to this exceptional festival for the second time.
Through my AquariICE I wanted to focus on endangered marine species and the problems associated with rising sea levels. I tried to create a sort of futuristic scenario where marine animals, still alive, find themselves in an aquarium in the high mountains. They are both preserved and trapped; their existence is more than precarious and the ice only preserves them for a very limited time ...
